Morphing

Home / Morphing

The morphing effect allows the processing of a frame sequence showing the transition from one image to another.

The necessary frames have to be pre-generated in an image editing program or in specific programs for morphing creation.

Transforming from one image to another depends on the style of the designer, we can create transition frames in multiple ways:

♦ From creating a smooth transition of opacity using an image editing program.

♦ To generate frames with more powerful transitions using anchor point tools.

For this last type of frames we will need a program of generation of transformations.

This type of effect usually applies to complete images in which the most critical parts (eyes, mouth, nose, etc.) are the key elements of the transformation.

Before creating a morphing it is necessary to correctly locate the two images that we want to transform by matching the key points of the two images in an equal or similar position.

Enhance the transformation effect working with the right images!
