Returns and cancellations

These refund and cancellation policies apply to those products and services purchased through the Neolentech website (www.3dlenticularbox.com).

  1. Items

Neolentech offers a period of 15 days for the return of a product/item from the date of receipt of the same, as long as the product has been damaged or is incorrect, taking into account the following premises:

Damaged item: If the item you receive is damaged, you can return it within 15 days of receipt, provided that the type of damage is expressly indicated on the delivery note and photographs are sent showing the type of damage that has occurred. produced either in the packaging or in the product. For these purposes, it will be necessary to send a copy of the delivery note with the express annotation of the damage, as well as the photographs in digital file to the mail admin@adoring-rosalind.5-196-78-69.plesk.page.

Wrong item: If the item is wrong, that is, the item received by the customer does not correspond to the item requested in the Order, you can return it within 15 days of receipt, provided you prove the reason for the inaccuracy and provide the corresponding order documentation for data verification by NEOLENTECH.

The website www.3dlenticularbox.com offers the customer a product file to avoid errors in choosing the same, which is why the item will only be returned in the event that the error is generated by the management or administration by NEOLENTECH.

If the returned item is not damaged or incorrect, Neolentech will not refund the amount of the product, nor the shipping costs, nor the packaging used for its shipment.

2.software

The software purchased by the client must be installed in accordance with the minimum necessary requirements recommended by NEOLENTECH. NEOLENTECH declines any responsibility in case these requirements are not met.

Obligations and responsibility of the buyer when he does not use a Hardware acquired from NEOLENTECH:

  • The Hardware must meet the characteristics requested by NEOLENTECH. The buyer will bear the installation and configuration costs.
  • The software used by the buyer must be original and supplied as it is, without any type of custom development that may be demanded by the buyer, unless explicitly negotiated between both parties.
  • NEOLENTECH will provide the customer with the manuals and instructions for use necessary for the correct operation of the products in digital format.
  • NEOLENTECH does not accept returns of software once it has been installed.
  • In the event that the software received is damaged, NEOLENTECH will replace the software with one identical to the one that the customer purchased based on the data of the corresponding order, after verification by NEOLENTECH of the data of the same.

If the customer intends to return software that is not damaged or incorrect, NEOLENTECH will not refund the amount of the product, nor the shipping costs, nor the packaging used for its shipment.

NEOLENTECH grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the software for the duration provided in this document and on a single computer. NEOLENTECH reserves the delivery of the software license, until it receives full payment of the price plus taxes, if any. Until the transfer of the license, the client will take all kinds of measures necessary to protect or guarantee the rights of NEOLENTECH with respect to the products that are the object of this sale.

All NEOLENTECH software has a 12-month warranty. This warranty does not cover the repair of errors caused by negligence or misuse, incorrect shutdown of the computer or due to failures and voltage spikes in the electrical power supply. In no case does the software guarantee include the displacement or actions of technical personnel at the client’s facilities.

  1. Maintenance Contract

When installing the software, a mandatory Maintenance contract will be virtually signed at no cost during the first year, as the vendor will provide an assistance service that will cover the services inherent to the technological support of the software; maintenance, updates, and the necessary technical assistance for the proper functioning of the acquired software.

The Maintenance contract will be automatically renewed annually, in exchange for a previously stipulated amount, once the first year of free assistance has been consumed.

The customer may terminate the Maintenance contractual relationship with Neolentech by notifying the request to cancel said Maintenance contract 60 days before the end of the current annual period, although this will not generate the right to return the price paid until the date of the communication.

The buyer assumes that, with the request to withdraw from the Maintenance contract, he waives the services inherent to said contract as of the date of the request.

The buyer may re-contract the Maintenance service, at any time, after payment of the annual fees not paid during the cancellation period of the contract, unless expressly agreed in writing between the parties.

  1. Training

In the event that the client completes the payment of the training, the following conditions will be established:

  • The amount of the course will not be refunded once the client has accepted the purchase of the course, on the understanding that the user has sufficient information in the service file shown on the Website. If you have doubts about the service, please do not proceed with the purchase of it.
  • In the event of cancellation of the course by NEOLENTECH, the client will have the right to a full refund. The return will be effective within 30 days from the communication of the cancellation by NEOLENTECH.
  1. How to make a return?

To return a product/item purchased in the NEOLENTECH online store, you must follow the steps below.

  • Fill out the returns form.
  • Indicate the reason for the return.
  • Provide the reasons for return evidence described in the previous sections of this document.

  1. Data Protection

NEOLENTECH, in accordance with the current legislation on the Protection of Personal Data, informs the client that the personal data and/or their data as a company, provided within the framework of the contractual relationship, will be incorporated and will be processed in a file owned by NEOLENTECH.
